License Agreement

This License Agreement outlines the usage rights and limitations associated with all digital products offered by Avyira Digital LLC (“Avyira Digital”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or accessing our digital products, you ("the Licensee") agree to abide by the terms below.
Definitions
Avyira Digital – The official provider of digital products sold via www.avyiradigital.com.
PLR (Private Label Rights) Products – Digital products that you may modify, rebrand, and resell as your own to end-users. You may not grant resell rights to your buyers.
MRR (Master Resell Rights) Products – Digital products that you may modify, rebrand, and resell to end-users with the ability to pass on resell rights.
Licensee/You – Any individual, business, or entity that purchases or downloads digital products from Avyira Digital.

Earnings Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding the financial results of reselling our products. Your success depends on your marketing, effort, audience, and business practices. Avyira Digital is not liable for any income or loss.
Product Accuracy & Quality
We aim to deliver high-quality, professionally designed products. However, you are responsible for reviewing all product content before using or reselling. We are not liable for inaccuracies or outdated information.
Legal Liability
You are fully responsible for your use and resale of our digital products. Avyira Digital assumes no liability for claims, legal issues, or losses resulting from the resale, modification, or misuse of our products.
License Termination
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license without refund. Upon termination, you must stop using, sharing, or reselling the product(s) immediately.
Changes to This Agreement
Avyira Digital reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time without notice. Continued use of our products constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any disputes will be handled exclusively in its courts.
